Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Infinity Global Access (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a study-abroad consultancy application portal, available on the web and as an Android app (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from applicants, counselors, and other users of the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account information
When you register or log in, we collect your email address and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
1.2 Applicant profile and application information
To process a study-abroad application, we collect information you or your assigned counselor enters, including:
- Full name, date of birth, nationality, and gender
- Passport number and passport issue/expiry dates
- Contact details: phone number, present and permanent address, district
- Family and emergency contact information: father’s, mother’s, and/or guardian’s name and contact details, emergency contact
- Academic background: current education, institution, academic history, English test scores
- Study plans: target country, university, program, and intake
- Financial and sponsor details: sponsor name and relationship, budget, financial notes
1.3 Documents you upload
To support your application, you may upload documents such as passport copies, academic transcripts, certificates, and other supporting files. These are stored securely and only accessible to you and authorized counselling staff working on your file.
1.4 Payment-related information
We do not process card payments in the app. For bank transfers and other offline payments, we collect the information needed to verify your payment: amount, currency, payment method, transaction ID, payment date, bank/provider name, and the sender and receiver account name/number you provide, along with any proof-of-payment document (e.g., a receipt or bank slip) you upload.
1.5 Messages and communications
We collect the content of messages you exchange with your assigned counselor or our support team through the Service, including support tickets and their replies.
1.6 Push notification and device information
If you enable notifications on the Android app, we collect a device push token (issued by Firebase Cloud Messaging), a device identifier we generate, your device’s platform (Android/iOS), and basic device/browser information (e.g., browser user-agent string) so we can deliver notifications to the correct device. You can disable notifications at any time in the app’s settings.
1.7 Automatically collected information
Our servers automatically log standard technical information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as session identifiers and request timestamps. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking SDKs in the app.
2. How We Use Your Information

You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 7.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit, hashed session tokens, and access-controlled storage. Sensitive credentials are never stored in plain text. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
